You, the Buyer, are responsible for regular veterinary care, including the remainder of the vaccinations, rabies vaccinations, and periodic worming. All of our puppies are wormed at 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. Although we worm our puppies at regular intervals, we keep our puppies with the dam until they leave to go to their new homes; it is possible that a reinfestation of the common round worms can occur. Please be safe rather than sorry and take your pup to your licensed Vet when you bring your pup home.
Breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and worming are current. A shot/health record is included with each puppy. The fact that this puppy has been vaccinated does not guarantee immunity. Please do not take your puppy to public places or pet stores until they have received ALL their puppy shots. The breeder does NOT guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore our guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia, parasites, viral or bacterial infections, parvo, Coccidia, distemper, or corona virus. Puppy must receive a series of vaccinations that are given as recommended by your veterinarian.
The Breeder/seller does not guarantee: against skin problems such as puppy acne, demodectic mange, etc. This also does not cover growth related problems. This guarantee does not cover what in the breed of Great Danes is considered normal: cherry eye, entropian, or torsion of stomach.
This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks or ear mites, and Kennel Cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria.
A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, at the Buyer’s expense. This includes shipping of the returned puppy, and shipping of the replacement puppy. The Buyer/Owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
All the above warranties apply until the dog reaches one year of age. No guarantee or warranties to health related problems, caused by nutrition or care, nor any accident or illness once the pup is delivered. No veterinarian expenses, quarantine, freight, or shipping charges, etc. will be paid by the Breeder/Seller.
We ship puppies after 8 weeks of age. It is to be understood----the Buyer agrees to provide good care and a loving environment for their puppy.
Health Guarantee and Replacement Conditions:

Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and that the puppy has received all proper vaccinations and worming.
